In most cases, if the item was purchased through the catalog or online, you may return it to us for an exchange or refund either by mail or at the store within 60 days of purchase with a valid proof of purchase. We will accept items returned after 60 days on an inspection basis only.

Make sure the product you want to buy is in stock at our store or online and similar to the goods provided at another retailer’s nearby shop or on a qualifying website (i.e., same brand, model, color, size, and quantity).

Point Out Comparison Price

Show a shop Outfitter the ad or website with the reduced pricing. If we can verify that the product you want to buy from us is available and identical to one sold at a lower price at another retailer’s local store or on a qualifying website, we will sell it to you at that price. CLUB Members save an additional 5%!

Make contact with us at (800) 227-7776. While on the phone with the Outfitter, reference the advertisement or website where you found the goods at a lesser price.

We will sell you a product at the price at which we find it advertised in a nearby shop or on a qualifying website if the product you want to buy is in stock and similar to the one at the other retailer.

What is Cabela’s Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 60 days of receipt, you may return it to us for a full refund or exchange by mail or in-store. Items returned after 60 days may only be inspected. Whether you made your purchase at Bass Pro Shops or Cabela’s, you may bring your returns to either store.

EXCLUSIONS:

  • Stretch Your Payments (powered by Sezzle) or PayPal online orders can be returned to a retail store, but only as a gift card.
  • Sunglass Hut in-store purchases must be returned there.
  • Purchased items from cabelas.ca or a Canadian store must be returned to Cabela’s Canada.
  • Used gasoline-powered gadgets and drones cannot be returned if oil or fuel has been added.
  • Unused items with original receipt may be returned within 60 days. Returns must include all manuals and accessories.
  • After 60 days or after adding gasoline or oil, all manufacturer warranties remain in force and the item must be returned for servicing.
  • Custom-ordered goods must be returned to the manufacturer (e.g. seat covers, floor mats, furniture, etc.).
    Any changed product is non-returnable (i.e. cut arrows, etc.)
  • Retail Bargain Cave items are non-returnable.
  • These items can’t be returned for safety reasons: Guns, ammo, black powder guns, primers, reloading lead, brass, or bullets, treestands, and mouth calls (ex: Waterfowl, Turkey, and Big Game Calls, etc)
  • If you received a damaged or defective item, contact Customer Service.
  • Reconditioned products are non-returnable. (Bows, crossbows)

Returns To A Store Without A Receipt OR Proof Of Purchase

  • If you don’t have your receipt, we can only refund you the lowest price we were able to find online plus tax.
  • Gift cards or equivalent retail credit may be issued in exchange for such things.

Beyond 60 Days From Date of Purchase

  • Bass Pro Shops and Cabela’s boots, shoes, and waders have a 1-year warranty. Normal wear and tear aren’t covered by this limited guarantee.
  • All Bass Pro Shops and Cabela’s rods have a one-year guarantee, whereas Johnny Morris Platinum Signature, Signature Series, CarbonLite 2.0, and Patriot have a ten-year warranty.
