  2. My experience at my local Kohl’s was great! I wish that I could say the same for Kohl’s customer satisfaction survey. If the URL from the store reciept is plugged in without going through Google, you end up in commericial feedback land which has no relevance giving feedback on my store experience. Once I found the correct site, plugging in the correct codes was an issue. The code on the reciept is presented with hyphens and the survey software will not accept the code in that format. By making the customer spend time figuring out the hoops to jump through in order fill out a no reward survey, you will get a poor (and possibly invalid) response/data.

  4. I didn’t get to finish my survey. I wanted to add that my checkout young lady, Fanhana, was very nice and helpful and answered any question that I asked. She was friendly and very personable.

  5. Your survey site was a nightmare of trying to get me to sign up for all kinds of calls for products Iwon’t be interested in. Your store on Ford Road in Canton was poorly organized and had very poor selection of regular woman size clothes and Toddler girl clothes was terrible. The only good thing was the staff who were friendly and helpful. My checkout clerk Bouchard was friendly and efficient. I would not do another survey for Kohls unless you make your survey easier to access.

  6. I attempted to complete the online survey but got kicked out after the first screen. My visit to the Hamilton Marketplace store was an okay experience. I found the item I was looking for, browsed around for additional items but didn’t find a good selection of female shoes. Off season tops for women were a bit dated.
    Shopping at Kohl’s is always a pleasant experience. It’s very clean and well organized.
    On this visit 10/23/21 I had exceptional service at the register. The cashier, Charlene, had some challenges applying the applicable discounts but she didn’t not get frustrated. Right away not one but 2, I think assistant mgrs, came over to assist. One with Charlene and the other on the customer side to ensure the transaction was being processed accurately. They got me through the process timely, effectively and with the most pleasant demeanor. Thank you Kohl’s

  7. Online order placement was horrible. Your account manage is a joke, your hands are tied even within 2 mins. u can not make changes or cancel your order. Forces u to call Customer service, guess what the only thing they can do is cancel your order, period. Then the promo codes aren’t available so u pay more, if u reorder that is. Strongly need to improve online placement ordering not user friendly. Customer service employees hands are tied too. They are nice, but u can’t always understand them. Kohl’s system needs an overhaul.

  8. We purchased a 5 x 7 area rug with the friendly help of your associate Cie. The rug was difficult to manage but she helped us to the checkout and get the rug safely to our car. Cie is a definite asset to your organization. The store where we made this purchase was #1073 at Signal Butte in Mesa, AZ
