  2. I would like to say Jovana who works at the Nordstrom Rack in Braintree (Grossman Drive) is a good employee. Jovana really understands what customer service mean. Please let her know a customer took the time to send an email regarding her customer service expertise. She would make a good leader and or trainer. Some of her co-workers that day were not very helpful and or did not want to help. 12/10/20 services
