• Prizes will be sent to the email address used to enter the contest.
• Prizes aren’t transferable, and the Sponsor is the only one who can decide what to do if something goes wrong.
• Sponsor reserves the right to change a prize to one with the same or more value if the original prize is no longer available.
• Winners are responsible for paying all taxes and fees that come with getting and/or using their prize.
• The number of eligible entries received during the applicable Entry Period and for the applicable Participating Brand will determine how likely you are to win a prize. People can only win one (1) prize per Entry Period.

Who Are Eligible in T.J.Maxx Feedback Survey?

• No purchase necessary to enter or win.
• Open to legal US residents only in the 50 states including the District of Columbia. 
• The Employees and their parents, relatives, spouse siblings children and the households, their affiliate companies of TJX Inc. and Merkel Inc can not participate in the survey. 
• The Sweepstakes must follow all federal, state, and local laws and rules, and it is not valid in places where it is not allowed.
• By entering, you agree to these Official Rules in full and without any conditions. All decisions made by the Sponsor and Administrator about the Sweepstakes are final and can’t be changed.
• You must be 18 years of age or above.
• There will be 12 monthly prize drawings, with 12 total winners.
• Limit winning 1 prize per monthly drawing period.
• Each receipt is valid for one survey.

The Sweepstakes starts on August 16, 2022 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on January 31, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. ET (“Promotion Period”). The “Promotion Period” is made up of seventeen (17) monthly entry periods (“Entry Periods”), as shown in the chart below. The computer of the Sponsor is the official timekeeper for the Sweepstakes.

2.Mail-in Method as an Alternative For TJ Maxx Survey

• You will get one (1) entry into the drawing for the Sweepstakes during the appropriate Entry Period.

What Are The Limitation For Mail-In Method?

• One (1) entry per envelope.
• Entries sent by mail must have a postmark by the dates in Section 3 and be received within seven (7) days of the postmark date.
• Sponsor owns all of the entries, and none of them will be acknowledged or returned.
• Sponsor will not accept proof of sending or submission as proof of receipt.
• Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, illegible, misdirected, or don’t have enough postage. These entries will be thrown out.

How TJ Maxx monthly drawing Will Be Conducted?

• Administrator is an independent judging body whose judgments on the administration and operation of the Sweepstakes, as well as the selection of possible winners, are final and binding in all Sweepstakes-related issues.
• During each Entry Period, Administrator will choose five (5) potential Sweepstakes winners at random from all eligible submissions received during the Entry Period for each Participating Brand, on or around the dates specified above in Section 3.
• Potential winners will be contacted by email.
• In order to claim the prize, potential winners may be required to give their name, home postal address (P.O. Boxes may not be accepted), and/or date of birth within the specified number of days after the day notification or attempted notice is sent.
• If a prospective winner cannot be contacted, fails to submit any other necessary information within the appropriate time frame (if applicable), or the prize is returned as undeliverable, the prize is forfeited. Getting a reward is conditional on following these Official Rules.
• If a prospective winner is disqualified for any reason or forfeits the prize, Sponsor will select an alternate winner at random from all remaining eligible entries in the corresponding Participating Brand’s Entry Period pool.
• Just three (3) alternate draws will take place, after which the appropriate prize will be forfeited.
