Does Verizon Price Match ?
Verizon’s price-matching programme is subject to a number of stipulations. Verizon’s price matching services exclude phone plans, so keep that in mind while you shop about. However, a Verizon employee can help you find out if a more affordable plan is available
Verizon only price matches its own branded products, not those sold by other vendors. They have a policy known as “price protection” that excludes all other retailers selling mobile phones.
Verizon doesn’t match the prices of rival carriers like Apple, AT&T, or T-Mobile, and the company also won’t match the prices of online merchants like Amazon or Best Buy.
However, if the item you bought from Verizon goes on sale within 14 days of your purchase, you can return it for a store credit.
Verizon Return Policy – 30-day Returns and Exchanges
Wireless devices and accessories can be returned or exchanged within 30 days. Wireless device returns and exchanges incur a $50 restocking fee (excluding Hawaii). If you bought your smartphone from an authorised retailer other than Verizon, check their return policy.
One exchange is allowed. To make an exchange, return the goods in the ORIGINAL package. All items must be like-new and have the receipt. Verizon may charge shipping for exchanges.
Return devices within 30 days to avoid early termination fees if your service has a minimum contract length. Please check your service summary receipt and Customer Agreement for early termination fees.
If you return merchandise after the return period, even by mistake, you won’t get a refund and the item won’t be returned to you.
If you got promotional value when trading a device and/or instant savings towards a new device, you agree to be charged for these values if you do not maintain active service on your new device for three billing cycles. Verizon will deduct any promotional Trade-in value if you return or exchange a promotional device.
We may refuse a return or charge a fee for a lost or damaged item. We’ll refund your purchase price, less the restocking fee, if you return your item within the return period.
If you return a wireless device without a UPC, any mail-in rebate available at the time of purchase will be deducted from your refund. Purchases made with cash, cheque, credit card, or gift card will be returned accordingly. Refunds on wireless purchases will be reimbursed to your account.
If you return only one item from a “Buy One, Get One Free” or similar offer, the promotional benefit will be cancelled and added to your next payment. Only the item being exchanged must be returned when exchanging a BOGO gadget for the same make and model. See the promotion’s terms for more info.

Opened software purchased separately can only be exchanged for the same item and not refunded.
Please transfer any data you want to keep from a wireless device or accessory before returning or exchanging it. After returning a wireless device or accessory, your data is lost.
You should also keep or delete removable memory cards or modules (such as a SIM Card or SD Card) to secure sensitive information, such as mobile banking data.
Verizon doesn’t accept non-GPS wireless devices on our network since the FCC requires them.
If you upgrade to a GPS-capable gadget and return the old one during the return period, Verizon won’t let it back on our network. We’ll let you exchange your new wireless gadget for another GPS-capable device, for a restocking fee.

Return and Postpaid Service Termination
Within 30 days after activation, you can cancel service. You must pay the Activation Fee unless you cancel within 3 days.
You’re liable for all usage costs, prorated access charges, taxes, surcharges, and other charges through the termination date. Returning a security deposit can take 30 to 60 days. Your security deposit may be used to pay for services utilised before the account’s termination date.
If you terminate your account after 30 days but before the minimum term, you’ll be charged all of the above fees, including an Early Termination Fee.
