I have tried several times to complete the survey but it crashes each time, however I do want to say I shop in M&S Eastbourne, the shop is well laid out the staff are all excellent, helpful and friendly, I was served by Tracey who is an asset to your shop, special mention also to the staff working in the collection department who are polite friendly and attentive, however it is fair to say that all the staff are worthy of praise.
    If I had any comments regarding ways to improve the shopping experience, I would like to see more Autograph lines in the store, other than that, the store is overall faultless, 10/10

  8. I agree with others that the survey is too difficult to complete but I wanted to leave a comment as Sue at the Pontefract store went out of her way to help me purchase a gift card on the self service tills which I avoid all costs.

I have tried to complete the survey all want to say is I shop at M/S I love the store @ the food all so the staff are very helpful wen I was in yesterday going through the check Derren help me with my shopping you just don’t get that anywhere else I have bin going to M/S for years macclesfield I will continue to shop at M/S..

I WAS TRYINGTO TAKE THE SURVEY BUT IT KEEP SAYING HOWWAS IT AT CASTLE DONNINGTON STOR ,I WAS NOT IN THAT STORE TODAY IT WAS DONCASTER STORE ,I HAVE TO SAY THE SALES ASSISTAINT HER NAME EILEEN WAS SO VERY HELPFUL WITH THE GOODS I WANTED SHE EVEN WENT TO THE WARE HOUSE T SEE IF THEY HAD THE ITEMS I WANTED AND AFTER A FEW MINS SHE WAS BACK WITH WHAT I WANTED ,I WAS SO VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE SHE GAVE ME,I DI HOPE SHE GET TO BE TOLD ABOUT MY FEEDBACK.MANY THANKS

  12. This has got to be the very worst site for taking a M & S survey. I have wasted 20 minutes trying to do it, all I get is advertisements for everything other than what I wanted to do. I will never waste my time again.

  14. The survey was not simple and straight forward to fill in at all. Plus I think there is a scam going on here because after supposedly winning an iPhone I then had to fill in my bank details to pay £1 for delivery…. Really ?
    I wanted to give excellent customer feedback regarding Joanna at The Springs Leeds store who consistently delivers friendly, helpful service, she a true asset to Marks & Spencer

    I shopped at the Harrogate branch on 5th March and I would like to wholeheartedly praise the very helpful and pleasant sales assistance, Catherine. I have always found M&S staff to be very good, but just wanted to highlight Catherine.

  17. I’m not interested in completing survey.
    I simply wish to thank Roland (a member of M&S staff) – (deepdale retail park, Preston).
    He was the only person serving the tills and with many customers queuing (and quite frankly unreasonably complaining as he was doing the best he could), Roland maintained an extremely calm, courteous and helpful manner to those customers who, I felt, were extremely rude.
    Thank you Roland for your helpfulness, maintaining a smile, serving and folding my purchases far better than I can.

  19. Unable to complete survey as i was not going to install any program that was unknown.
    when did “thatsaway” and “wanna” become part of the English language? I expect better from M&S.
    Was charged £13.80 for a £10.00 dine in today at Swiss Cottage, had to return to store for a refund in the rain. Thanks to the excellent store staff for arranging a refund. How many more customers were caught with that one?

    Have been shopping at M&S for years, come on guys get your act together!

  21. Having been to Pudsey store this morning
    ,We got most of the items we wanted,
    I am sorry for not completeing the survey but if had been able to see it, we may have managed it.
    Some of the staff were very nice,but i feell that all the filling up of shelfs should be done prior to opening, and not have to be getting out of the way of this work being done.how does this comply with Health and Saftey regs
    I was given the ticket to do the survey, by Karen, very good, and a person with a lot of care for the people she serves.

  24. Visited marks and spencer outlet at Braintree Village on 22/4/2021
    after a long absence due to lockdown and it was like coming home
    again. The visit was further enhanced by our fabulous “wellcome
    back” greeting and friendly service from a young cashier
    named LOUISE who turned what might have been a routine
    shopping visit into a memorable party. Well done LOUISE.

  25. I have tried to do your survey SIX times today and have met ad after ad after ad, making it extremely difficult to find where to start the survey. It is more like an obstacle course where you can’t see the obstacles. My local M&S store in Omni Shopping Centre in Dublin is fabulous and I would have loved to compliment them, but I failed, again and again.

    The staff there are very helpful whenever they can, one of the staff is called
    Dorine are more helpful than the others.

I tried to complete the survey by telephone and online and encountered issues with both but I had to leave a comment about the amazing service received today from the lovely Grace in the beauty hall at the Oxford Street m&s branch. She was patient, friendly, informative, helpful and a pleasure to talk to. I will definitely recommend the service at the branch

  32. This survey is far too hard to try and get started with adverts popping up. All I want to do is say how exceptional Maeshan was on my visit to Norwich – Rampant Horse Street shop. She was so friendly and helpful at the till and you could see she really enjoyed her job. I bought several items and she said if I needed any help another time in the store she would help me choose items to suit. A very pleasant girl and naturally helpful. Thank you

  34. Went to M&S in Horsham today was served on Checkout by a lovely lady called Erica (5) I think that was the till Number her service was wonderful I would definitely go back if I was served by Erica again .
