  1. Frank was an outstanding employee that took initiative to help me when I was lost. I was asking for help. Two other employees heard me but refused to look. Frank was out of sight but came out and offered awesome assistance. I attempted to tip him for his help which he turned down as well. Customer is few and far between these days even in the stores of Fed Ex but Frank was an example and if given the chance I will be willing to hire him for my organization. Hold on to the good ones.

  2. I go to the Merrillville Indiana location , this is the second time I have gone since the covid, instead of saying hi welcome to fedex , it is more like what are you shipping! And stand on the circle , I’m not a idiot like they treat customers.I work at the hospital on covid patients! I hate yelling out my phone number with other people around listening, and yelling my email , my sons information across the room practically, I can’t verify my information on the screen but you have no problem letting me come close to swipe my payment!!! I’m tired of them asking what am I shipping out loud ! Is it anyone’s business? Next time I will yell out a I’m sending a dildo!!!! Has fedex ever hear of Hippa !!! I know we are all taking precautions but I don’t like yelling out my business, it gets louder with masks on and other people talking loud ! Put up the plastic barriers like fast food places have or like the post office !!!

  3. I was at the store at the Citadel & Mimi helped me. What a nice, courteous person & she greeted me upon entering the store & saying what may I help you with! She greeted every customer as she was helping me with a fax that didn’t go thru, but then she e-mailed the paperwork for me! Excellent people person, great skills & offered any assistance needed! Mimi is an asset to FedEx, keep her on board & give her a bonus! Thank you Mimi!!

  4. I needed to ship a golf club to Colorado and was having a great deal of difficulty. I went to the UPS store not far from me and it was going to cost over $300 and would not arrive on time. Shahid at location SGRKO worked so very hard to help me. He was extremely helpful and worked so hard to get the club to the Colorado on time. The club was 2 hours ahead of the time it was scheduled. I will go back to this office. I had been at this location before and will use again.
    You have an excellent employee in Shahid.

    I am writing in regard to an amazing experience I had at your facility.
    John Mrotzek (Store Manager) was so exceptional! I had a concern that others would not likely have taken seriously. But he immediately understood
    and responded with an effective clear remedy. I could not have been more relieved. He evidently has a special quality of leadership that he displayed in
    adroitly and quickly solving a problem! The facility itself operates at a high speed with efficiency and concern for customers at same time. And I have
    left positive feedback in the past about other employees. Some very very remarkable people who go the extra mile to solve issues. (And I believe that
    also speaks to his leadership abilities that it draws and retains such professional and caring staff.)
    This is way way way overdue. It was the last time I was at the facility. But I don’t have a receipt. So I really don’t know the date. So sorry for that!
    But I can give you my name. And John Mrotzek really deserves recognition in my humble opinion.

    I am retired and not all that computer savvy. Every time I have been stuck on the self-service machines, Katie takes her time to help me. As a consequence now I can do it myself. Katie is always alert to who needs help up front. Some times she helps 2 people at a time. She works at the store in Durham, NC on 55 hwy. The store is number 3008. Hoorah for Katie not thinking us old folks are dum. She is always very patient and helpful.

  10. Carmella in the Wynnewood, Pennsylvania office was pleasant, knowledgeable, professional and tenacious. She spent hours trying to solve a problem that could not be solved because of shortcomings of the FedEx website. Despite the shortcomings of the company’s service, her activities were exemplary. She deserves a raise!

  11. San Diego, Ca, Pacific Beach-I came into the store with a big mess. I had attempted to get some artwork from my grandsons laminated , however, the other business was unable to laminate the art successfully and left me with a wrinkled mess. Robert kindly and patiently explained how he would attempt to “fix” things. He was awesome!!! He saved my grandsons special art and saved the day. I really appreciated his patience and concern. I feel like I have a new friend!

    occasions with regard to scanning and print projects. His pleasant manner and knowledge

  15. Very disappointed in FedEx employee very rude! I was in the day before and got a quote of $62 to ship package went back next day and she said it was $84.48 she said prices fluctuate! Not $22 in one day this was only going to CA! She would not even look at me kept her head down the whole time! Looks like I will be using UPS from now on!

  16. Melissa at the Independence store was helpful in providing ways to create a poster for a special occasion. Lyssa was responsible for the layout of this poster with the pictures I provided. A date was set as to when it was to be completed for my review. Both Lyssa and Rachel were capable for providing feedback as to the way the poster was designed. Better than I could have done. The poster was ready to be delivered the next day and Rachel was instrumental in taking care of ALL the details. Many thanks for making this poster something SPECIAL !!!!

  17. On May 18th 2021, My wife and I entered the Broughton St. FedX office in Savannah Ga. to pick up a package and to ship another. Jason came to our help immediately and assisted us in boxing and addressing our item and shipping it out at the fastest but also most reasonable way.   18. On April 20, 2022 I went to FedEx at the Dallas PKWY in Dallas store # 0381. Qeya came to help me I was shipping a package to an international destination. Qeya was very friendly, cheerful, and professional. Qeya gave me valuable information about the shipment Qeya is a good model employee. Thank Qeya and FedEx for the excellent service.
