  1. Had vaccine jab and was going to say how good staff were but can’t find survey. The only survey I found required more digits than the 4 written on my slip. Victor and Niamh did a thoroughly efficient and professional job at the Cribb’s Causeway Boots, Bristol.

  2. I was helped today at Boots, Camden High Street, by a very kind employee called William, who gave me a card with the number 0735 and your website. Access has proved very tricky but i would like William to be recommended.

  5. Tried to do the survey but can’t find where to actually complete it. This website is too complicated. Had an excellent experience yesterday ( Sunday 23 May) at the Boots pharmacy in Twickenham London from Najma the Pharmacist and would like to let you know about the experience but can’t find where to do this. You need a simpler site to conduct this survey.

  6. I would have liked to commend Louise from the Boots store in Cameron Toll, Edinburgh for the very helpful advice she gave me in what could have been an embarrassing question. She was very professional and pleasant and not rushed at all. Thank you Louise,! However I could not get into the survey on this overly complicated page. Wake up Boots, if you genuinely want feedback make it easier for us it give it. I hope my thanks reach Louise, card number is 0631

  7. Boots do not really want you to enter their competitions as cannot complete feedback forms. Obviously cannot afford the prizes.

  8. Cant get into survey, I went to my local branch today (Gosforth) to pick up my two-monthly prescription. Checked website for opening times – 8.30 am to 6 pm. Arrived 2.00pm to be told pharmacist at lunch till 3.00pm. I have been shielding for the past 18 months and went at this time because I knew it would be quiet. The girl on the desk said my medicines were there but she couldn’t give them to me. I had to go home and come back at 3.00 and pay parking charges twice. A disabled lady and others were queuing, also having had to wait,
Please can they alter their website to avoid further unnecessary stress.
