Fabian at the Aldo store in Southcenter Mall was phenomenal! We had a warm greeting when we were looking at shoes and he was very prompt at helping us with sizing. He wasn’t pushy when my daughter tried on heels and still trying to check the fit. Instead, he offered accessories to make the shoes more comfortable. The way he talked to us was genuine– how a shoe expert shopping friend would. We bought 2 pairs along with the accessories for each pair. He also made great suggestions on the limitless use of our shoes–what other outfits they can be paired with! Score! We left the store very happy– the shoes were very comfortable and we got them in different colors! We originally went shopping for the perfect white graduation dress but took forever to find. So we went back to Aldo’s and bought our 3rd pair of shoes and accessories for the day–white heels that caught our eyes at the store. Fabian, again, was so helpful and so resourceful and even told us the stores we may be able to find the dress. We found one and the white shoes we picked up just minutes earlier made the whole outfit feel and look fabulous! Thanks to Fabian!
