  4. Sent a certified letter on August 28th for my Health insurance payment . The letter has still not made it to it’s destination. I had to cancel the check , costing me $30. I the insurance finally gets the check and tries to cash it they will charge me a fee of $30. No one could help me at the post office. So far I am out $34.10 ? I need to cancel the letters delivery
